Cancellation Policy
- Booking & Payment Policies All bookings require a deposit to be confirmed. Payments can be made via cash, online payment or direct transfer. Final/remaining payments must be completed on or before the confirmed booking date. To assist with operational efficiency, please book at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled booking will result in the loss of the deposit. - Studio Amenities Refreshments: Complimentary water and light beverages are available during your session. Additional food items are provided for clients with bookings of 6+ hours. Necessities: The studio provides essential equipment such as extension cords and power outlets with no charge. Comfort: Seating and air conditioning are available for client use. Usage Guidelines: All amenities should be used responsibly. Any damage or misuse may result in additional charges. - Conduct Violence, aggressive behaviour, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated in the studio. Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
