Cancellation Policy
- Booking & Payment Policies Once your booking is made, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours. All bookings require a deposit to be confirmed. Payments can be made via cash or direct transfer. Final/remaining payments must be completed on or before the confirmed booking date. To assist with operational efficiency, please try to make bookings at least 1 day in advance. - Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance by contacting our team directly. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled booking will result in the loss of the deposit. - Studio Amenities Refreshments: Complimentary water and light beverages are available during your session. Additional snacks are provided for clients with longer bookings. Necessities: The studio provides essential equipment such as extension cords and power outlets. Comfort: A seating area and air conditioning are available for client use. Usage Guidelines: All amenities should be used responsibly. Any damage or misuse may result in additional charges. - Conduct Violence, aggressive behaviour, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated in the studio. Anyone displaying such behaviour may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
